Jan 17, 2024librarian1190 are all services for the affected staff members not sending any confirmation emails to them ? Is the issue consistently reproducible for these staff members ? In that case, can you share the book with me page link over DM with me ?

Hi Debashish, we have tried multiple times today and yesterday and nothing was sent to the staff member each time. We also scheduled for each of the services available and none sent emails. I just sent you a DM with that information. Thank you!
