Customer with personal Microsoft account gets: "you don't have access to this booking calendar"
Hey, I created a private link to book a meeting with me. This link works fine in an incognito browser as Guest and also with a MS 365 school/business account. However, if someone logs in with a personal Microsoft Account (live.com account), the user gets the error: "You do not have access to Bookings with me". This is a big issue as many users are logged in with their personal microsoft account and therefore, they only see this error page. Any ideas how to fix it?
How do you set "Bookings with me" private meeting links that don't expire?
As a time-saver, I am a huge fan of templates. Copy/Paste/Send. Unfortunately, unlike the company Bookings page meeting links, the "Bookings with me" links expire, even when it is not a single-use link. How can I prevent link expiration? I can't find any documentation on this. Thanks.
Bookings with me not showing all meetings on mobile
I have teachers who have set up various meeting types in Bookings with Me, and all of them are public. When they share the link or generate a QR code for their personal Bookings Page, only one meeting type appears in the mobile view, despite having three or more available. This seems to be inconsistent. However, I've discovered that if you log into Microsoft through the link or by scanning the QR code, all three meeting types will be displayed. In contrast, if you choose to continue as a Guest, only one meeting type will show, though this inconsistency varies across different links and QR codes. I have created different QR codes and tried from IOS vs. Andriod and nothing seems ever to be the same. One time it works, one time it doesn't.
QR code generation with multiple Bookings with me Options
Hi there, Using "Bookings with me" I have two options for my students to select (either online or in-person meetings). I have generated a QR code for students to follow to book a meeting, but because clicking on either of online or in-person meetings has a different URL and thus generates a different QR code. Is there a way to generate a single QR code that takes someone through to the booking page displaying both options?
Booking with me : Best way to delegate it ? (using unique link ONLY)
This question has already been asked :Bookings with me. Is there any way to delegate access to it as we can - Microsoft Community ==> Note : the shared mailbox doesn't work for us, see our answer in this link over. However it's still a ''pain point'' for our enterprise, at the moment. Is there a new way in 2024, to delegate access to our ''Booking with me'' with our colleagues, WITHOUT giving full access to your mailbox to the person you want to manage your booking with me dashboard/pages. I want them to book meetings for me, in my agenda AND I want them to send a unique link for that meeting. It is also important that MY OWN availability (from my agenda, not shared mailbox agenda) would be used into that Booking with me. If not, is it possible to add a function in 'Bookings'' to send a UNIQUE LINK (no permanent access for customers to book whatever they want) to my agenda OR one of my colleague ? We want to keep the control on our agendas, since customers book ''useless appointment'' in the actuel ''Bookings''. We are losing more time using Bookings than not using it ... It would be a really great improvement for Microsoft Booking. I'm sure a lot of customers have the same problem as we encounter. Thank you for the time. Olivier
Issue: Bookings with me - Error: "We cannot access this information at this time. Try Again Later"
Hello, I have an issue with my page Bookings with me. I was using it since more one year and a half with no issue and i was very satisfied with it. But since the last booking link that i created several weeks and everytime since then that i connect to Bookings with me,I got an error message saying: We cannot access this information at this time. Try Again. I cannot create, edit or use any booking links since then. Could you please help here ? Best,Not getting email notifications for Bookings with me
Our institution has both Bookings and personal Bookings With Me. Previously, when someone scheduled using Bookings with me, the staff would receive an email notification confirming this. Currently, some staff do receive the email notification and some do not. (The person scheduling the appointment always receives a notification and a calendar invite.) The staff not receiving the emails has not set up any special rules, does not have the address blocked, and the emails are not going to the spam or clutter folders. Hello, I am a professor at the University of Bologna and I use Bookings with me to schedule my office time with students. My setup has office hours on Tuesday 15-19, with 30-minute slots, but as you can see when I try to test my availability (dark interface) nothing is available and October 24 is not even selectable (my students have also confirmed this issue), while if I try as a guest in a private browser window (bright interface), the slots display correctly. Can you help me fix this problem?Available times are not available on Wednesdays in Bookings with Me
Hello, We have a user that has the same kind of issue as the one who posted here: Bookings Not Showing All Available Times - Microsoft Community. We have verified that the user's availability is correctly configured in both Outlook and Bookings with Me, but no times on Wednesdays are shown as available. We have even had the user completely delete all configured meeting types in Bookings with Me and recreate them. Same issue. Suggestions? Jeremy Hawks
