Looking for a way to audit which user created a booking

Hello All, 

We're looking for some sort of activity or audit log that will show which user created a booking (separately from the customer who the booking is for). We use bookings for onboardings calls and both external customers and sales reps can book. I need a way to see if the customer made the booking or if the sales rep, or a helpdesk rep, did. 

Tried this: Data > Get Data > From Online Services > From Microsoft Exchange Online

However, the information for who booked it wasn't present.
