Enabling "Bookings with Me" Functionality - GCC Tenant

Ours is a GCC tenant, and users are asking for the "Bookings with Me" Outlook functionality. Bookings itself is enabled for our tenant, and works as expected - but when a user tries to access the "Bookings with Me" URL https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/ - they're piped to https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/me and it appears to start opening, but then a generic "You do not have access to Bookings with me" page comes up.

I searched around quite a bit, and can't find clear guidance on:

(1) is "Bookings with me" currently available to GCC tenants?

(2) if yes, what do I need to change/enable in my tenant to enable the functionality for my users?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
