Bookings Virtual Appointments On-Demand Issue

I manage a 365 tenant that uses Bookings. Our staff would like to begin using the Virtual Appointments On-Demand feature. We have been able to test a few meetings, but the "Allow requests for On-demand services" toggle under Booking page settings is switching itself off. Because of this, customers can't use the feature.

I saw another form post here with a user experiencing the same issue without resolution or follow-up.

Are any of you able to help provide a solution or insight as to why this is happening?
