Allow requests for On-demand services toggling off on its own
Hi folks,
I'm using Virtual appointments for the 'meet now' on-demand option. I've noticed that this is automatically toggling off after a few minutes.
Is there a reason for this happening would anyone know?

Do you have multiple staff in virtual appointments that have administrative privileges? I noticed this too, and I think it could be a bug when administering virtual appointments with multiple Administrator accounts.
Yes I do. That's interesting. If I change everyone bar me to 'team member' do you think that might solve it?
Hey, David. Unfortunately, the permission level did not resolve the issue for us. We believe it could be related to restricting guest access to our tenant. The on-demand setting stays enabled for Bookings as long as we use it internally. However, when we open it up to the public it shuts off after the first guest connects.
Are you able to replicate this behavior on your side too?
