Allow requests for On-demand services toggling off on its own
Yes I do. That's interesting. If I change everyone bar me to 'team member' do you think that might solve it?
Hey, David. Unfortunately, the permission level did not resolve the issue for us. We believe it could be related to restricting guest access to our tenant. The on-demand setting stays enabled for Bookings as long as we use it internally. However, when we open it up to the public it shuts off after the first guest connects.
Are you able to replicate this behavior on your side too?

We have the same fault, sadly - so frustrating; especially since we're paying extra for this.

Hi, we're still tinkering with it. I've not used the system in the wild yet - so will get some staff to pretend to be externals over the next day or two and will report back. This is really timely - as we're hoping to use this in January. I might have to pause that idea! Thanks for the heads-up!
