Bookings - include cancel button in notification emails

We have users also looking for the feature to cancel an MS booking directly from the email confirmation. The email confirmation allows you to reschedule, but not cancel. To cancel, you need to click on reschedule on the email, then on cancel. Maybe the button should just say 'change my booking' (and not rescheudle)
