Outlook Mac 16.75 crashes at launch on Ventura 13.4

I have a similar but slightly different problem.  Really annoying! The new Outlook update installed itself a couple of days ago (I tried an Outlook update last year and I didn't like it so I reverted to legacy, but this one seemed better so I was giving it a go and had set up my five mailboxes as only one had transferred smoothly), Ventura update went through yesterday but since I restarted post Ventura I cannot access Outlook. "There was a problem with Microsoft Outlook and we apologize for the inconvenience. Restart Microsoft Outlook [check]." But it cannot restart.

My outlook is not working anymore and experiencing the same issue over and over after the last update. I have ventura 13.4 and my machine is a macbook pro 2019. This is the report . can anyone hel me fixing this ?
