Why can’t I find the Outlook Index Agent template in Copilot Agent Builder?

Last week, I saw a Microsoft-provided Outlook Index Agent in the Agent templates under my account in Tenant A, which has an active M365 Copilot subscription.
This week, I tried to create the same Outlook Index Agent in Tenant B, which also has an active M365 Copilot subscription and preview features enabled, but I couldn’t find the template anymore.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? Could it be due to incorrect operations, or are there any settings in the admin center that need to be adjusted?
