What's difference creating Agent from Copilot page vs from Copilot Studio -> Copilot for M365?

I have developed several copilot agents. Now I would like to list them on the Sharepoint Pages and want my Team to access them via that Share point ( Whom I added to the group). However, rather than running them in different copilot instances, is it possible to run them in the Sharepoint page itself? As an embedded text box or something? Sorry I an naive to this and would appreciate any speedy reply. Thanks
