Missing features in Copilot, only in Outlook

I seem to be missing some features for Copilot, but only on Outlook. This persists though multiple platforms and devices, Web, Windows, and Mac. It also occurs for another member of my organization. 

I am missing functionality like Themes for Copilot, and Prioritize my Inbox. I have a copilot button on the top ribbon, which opens the chat and the side which opens BizChat. 

I have made sure every app is up to date, although web should be working at the least according to the support sections. I have also tried multiple update branches: Current Channel, Current Channel (Preview), and Beta. 

Any ideas on the issue here and how to fix it? I really would like to get the full functionality of Copilot.

    Hi , I am assuming you have M365 Copilot License. Full Functionality available by Default on both Web and Desktop . Can you confirm one or two feature which you are not able to access ? Also Confirm you Country .

      Yes. I am not able to access the prioritize my inbox feature, or themes for copilot. We are based out of the US.

        Note that the prioritize my inbox feature is not yet available: 

        Preview Available: March 2025

        Rollout Start: June 2025

      I'm having the same problem to with one of my colleagues, they have a Microsoft 365 E3 and a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and Copilot pops up in the other Office products just not Outlook (Classic)
