Hi,
If anyone wanted to learn Copilot from scratch, from where he can start. I mean what is the latest course roadmap in Copilot?

This is a good starting point... but if you really want to learn Copilot, you should play around with it a bit. I would recommend paying for at least a month of o365 subscription and trying out all the features and queries the subscription offers.
