  Hope you are doing well and I can see that you are trying to generate Teams Meeting Minutes .

Requirements :

Microsoft 365 Copilot license (E5 + Copilot add-on, or Microsoft 365 Copilot SKU)

Teams Premium may be needed for advanced meeting features (not strictly required for all Copilot scenarios)

Copilot enabled tenant-wide via Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Data storage :

Copilot uses Graph APU to access emails chats and meetings 
Meeting recaps (minutes, summaries) are stored in the Teams meeting thread (Calendar/Recap tab)

Transcript & recording stored in OneDrive (for organizer) or SharePoint (for channel meetings)

Note : Copilot does not train on your data and data is stored within your M365 Tenant respecting compliance ,retention and DLP policies
