Shortcuts on desktops - what image rather than correct ico

Hi all,

I have a few shortcuts which seem to get a white image instead of keeping their imagine I deploy out to it ie: 

As you can see some shortcuts have become white.

Is there a better way to keep the icons showing and prevent them going white or is there a way I can push the icon out again?
