Yeah i've had the same issue.

I prefer using the Kiosk Mode as I need my users to sign in to shared devices, and I published the Camera app as an app in Intune (that enables you to add it to the Kiosk mode screen).

I then set a session PIN on the MHS which means that all users need to use their pin to unlock the device. It works well. BUT.....the issue i have is that the wallpaper and screen timeout defaults to 30sec. Even though I have it set in the config policy (or the MHS app config) to be longer, it still only does 30 sec.

Anyway, I dont have a resolution to your problem re the main screen lock wallpaper. Have your tried using the Samsung Knox OEM config and setting it in there?

All i know from all the work I'm doing on it, between config policies, app config policies, OEM configurations....it's very hard to work out which does what.
