How could we find out which two policy is in conflict?

You can look on an affected endpoint. Check the "device configuration" tab.
There you will, probably, see the two (or more) conflicting policies.

Had to blur some stuff. As you can see I have one error. But if there are conflicting policies you can see both conflicting policies noted.
