Devices not receiving configuration profiles or compliance policies
Hello,
I have had a lot of success with Intune and has been such a help for our organization. However, on some devices the configuration profiles will never get deployed, even after being Entra ID joined and recognized in Intune. Even when we have them log in to the company portal and sync their devices manually, it still doesn't get deployed. We also can't see the app inventory or really any other information besides the hardware info. The devices all have the latest updates.
The population of devices affected are a mix of new machines, factory reset machines, and machines that we added to Intune after OOBE.
I should be seeing around 7 configuration profiles and one compliance policy.

I found out the issue dealt with our groups and nothing technical, so I got fixed and everything is good now, thank you for the help!

MaxMulvihill I know you mentioned that you are initiating sync manually, but are the devices checking into Intune? Also, how are they enrolled? User based enrollment method? Is the primary user same as the enrolling user? Can you check under Access school or work > Info whether the sync is successful or not? It may be requiring a recent user token.

The devices are making regular check-ins to intune, and some of the computers were enrolled OOBE while others were enrolled through the company portal. The primary user and the enrolled user matches. For one of the devices I am looking at the last sync failed at 1PM EST but worked this morning at 9AM EST.- rahuljindalBronze Contributor
MaxMulvihill thanks for sharing the details. Have you checked the MDM diagnostic and event logs?
