Hello,
The devices are making regular check-ins to intune, and some of the computers were enrolled OOBE while others were enrolled through the company portal. The primary user and the enrolled user matches. For one of the devices I am looking at the last sync failed at 1PM EST but worked this morning at 9AM EST.

I used the collect diagnostic option to download information from the machine and I looked through the event logs to find anything about it. In the event logs there were a couple of errors about a file not found but there were many informational logs about OMA-URI stuff being successfully sent and received. The diagnostics contained a lot of information so there might have been something I missed.
