MaxMulvihill I know you mentioned that you are initiating sync manually, but are the devices checking into Intune? Also, how are they enrolled? User based enrollment method? Is the primary user same as the enrolling user? Can you check under Access school or work > Info whether the sync is successful or not? It may be requiring a recent user token.

The devices are making regular check-ins to intune, and some of the computers were enrolled OOBE while others were enrolled through the company portal. The primary user and the enrolled user matches. For one of the devices I am looking at the last sync failed at 1PM EST but worked this morning at 9AM EST.- rahuljindalFeb 29, 2024Bronze Contributor
