Please try to follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
- Clear Google Play Store Cache:- On the Android device, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Google Play Store." Clear the cache and data for the Google Play Store app. This can sometimes resolve issues related to app installations.
- Check Managed Google Play Configuration: In the Intune portal, review the configuration of Managed Google Play. Make sure that the correct Google account is associated, and there are no errors or warnings in the Managed Google Play console.
- Check Android Version Compatibility: Verify that the Android version on the device is compatible with the apps being deployed. Some apps may have specific requirements regarding the Android version.
