Access to app data folder - read only

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with a user who is removing Edge extensions, which we'd like to prevent. These extensions are located at: "C:\Users*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Extensions" where they are deleting them. If we simply deny access to this location, it may disrupt the extensions. Does anyone have suggestions on how to address this problem and accomplish it through Intune?
