Yes mail seems to be the only one that works with sharing on onenote windows 10. Regarding the complexity of a password I haven’t actually set this. I have set passwords to expire but I’m sure the person who as got this message has already reset their password. Is there a way to find out what policy is causing this?

Normally you should expect the reason to be listed down below the error 🙂 ... but it does not look like it.
Also just wondering but could you still open the native mail app and send an email with it ?
