Thanks for providing more details. Is the app integrated with Intune SDK? This is needed for APP to work. Also, is the error on running the installation from Company portal or on execution after it has been installed? If latter, then it could be due to CA policy requiring the application running supporting APP. This may help - https://rahuljindalmyit.blogspot.com/2020/07/intune-app-protection-policies-for.html

How can I check the Intune SDK? Do you have any articles to share with the vendor?

rahuljindal Yes, it is already done.
- rahuljindalMar 29, 2024Bronze ContributorMaybe refer to this if not already done? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/developer/app-sdk-get-started
- M-TKMMar 30, 2024Copper ContributorAccording to the developer, there is no integration with the Intune SDK; is this required?
- rahuljindalMar 30, 2024Bronze ContributorYes, very much needed to support APP. You can try excluding it from the CA policy if it is registered as an enterprise app in your Azure tenant.
