It seems from reading through this thread that the issue has happened again. I’ve been fine until just yesterday band I’m getting the same reject message.

Heather_3578not sure if this is the fix but I had the same error on a redirect rule on an inbox. I had set up the rule a year ago and it was working fine until very recently. I followed the instructions on this guide:
https://docs.helpscout.com/article/1424-enable-external-forwarding-in-microsoft-365
The UI is slightlty different as the screenshots in the guide, but you can access the policies screen at the following link:
https://protection.office.com/antispam
I haven't tested to see if this is the fix but it's worth a try.
- JohnL1675Oct 20, 2020Copper ContributorHi All,
Just wondering if there is any update on the resolution? Thanks - Heather_3578Oct 22, 2020Copper Contributor
- johanjacobsDec 02, 2020Brass ContributorThis article explains how to enable external forwarding and that was the reason, the mails were blocked. My users set automatic forwarding of there mail messages to another work account. After allowing forwarding for these users in the antispam rule it worked.
