Word for iPad cannot edit documents marked as “Recommended Reading” in Windows

Seems a known issue, you may consider either remove the flag in Windows or edit the file via Word Online, thewearify.com/can-i-use-microsoft-word-on-ipad/
Hi Kidd_Ip, thanks for your reply. This isn’t a known issue; it’s actually a new one. The feature exists in Excel and was also available in Word until just a couple of months ago. Please understand that when we flag a file as Recommended Read-Only, there’s always a reason behind it.
