When an end user try to Change his account photo,

Inside tenant A end users can click on their profile image >> click on "My Account" link, as follow:-

 

 

then change their profile photo as follow:-

 

 

but on another tenants when an end user try to do so, he get this error:-

 

 

while using the office 365 admin, i was able to change the picture of the admin.

 

so can anyone advice why end users can not chnage their profile photo on one of our tenants?

    I'm going to take a stab and assume you mean users that are guests or have b2b on another tenant. This is a known restriction and something we've been asking Microsoft to add functionality for but those users cannot update their photos.

    Does the user have a cloud mailbox and is the tenant perhaps restricting the change photo functionality in OWA?
