unable to find user

Hi Experts

I am migrating all my users to cloud from exchange onprem, for few users i am not able to find them when i try to add them in migration batch on exchange online, i doubt that these users are not being synced on cloud. how can check which of my OU's are not syncing on cloud. Do i need to find this from AD connect Synchronization service manager. experts guide me on this
