Unable to CAC Authenticate to Office 365 Products
Hey all,
I seem to be having this issue with Office 365 products on a newly imaged machine.
We authenticate to Office 365 utilizing CAC authentication to receive our licenses associated to the accounts.
Our O365 products are prompting for email, we input our military emails and it flashes like its coming to the CAC authentication page but cycles back to email input.
We can access the products through the O365 portal available to us but that is sometimes not practical as our teams have to work offline and still be able to utilize the products.
Has anyone had any experience with this or can point me in the right direction?
TS Steps:
Restarted, uninstalled/reinstalled O365 products, and re-reimaged the machine.
