Turn on audit data recording not scored

Hi all,

 

Sometime I saw 0365 not scored on Microsoft Secure Score.

This is the example. I have turn on Audit Data recording long time ago, and right now with the default, all user will be setup enable this function as well, but on Microsoft Secure Score, I never got the scoring.

 

I have disable and enable few times, but seem it's not working.

pls advice on this?

    I have the same issue

    updated the default Outbound spam profile, add out email preferences and Secure score does not show as completed

    done 3 days ago?

    as well as implementing a couple of other recommendations trying to improve the score, but secure score not updating?

    any have an idea, could this be tied to having to implement another profile option "buried" somewhere else
