Track date of M365 licences

Hello, 

is there any place in M365 admin centre or reports where I can track date of M365 licences? 

We need to track the date when someone changes licences of users,

for example:

Someone of our emloyees changed licence of user email address removed for privacy reasons (date 25.4. 2023) from "Exchange online plan 1" to "M365 bussiness" - we need to get information about license "Exchange online plan 1" when was active (from - to) at user email address removed for privacy reasons
