Hi, I understand this one. A mobile-first workflow only works if move, copy, upload, offline access, and SharePoint navigation stay predictable. When those actions become hidden or inconsistent, users fall back to desktop even for simple file work. I would document the exact broken actions, device type, app version, and SharePoint or Teams location, then submit it through the OneDrive feedback path and Microsoft 365 admin support if it affects business workflows.
