Statistics for Autoattendant and CallQueues

Hi, 

I have been trying to work out some statistics for CallQueues and AutoAttendant. I get duration and Callee and number they haved called, but there is NO DATA on who has answered the call. And this is something we need.

So has anyone done any PowerBI or something to figure out how to get this data, or is it not meaning to see this data?

Need help about this.
