SharePoint Online view only permission and Office.com context menu open in desktop app bug

If a SharePoint Online library/folder has view only permission, files will be viewed in browser and can't be downloaded.

But these files still can be downloaded to desktop app via context menu Open in Desktop App at office.com website.

Please fix ASAP.
