SharePoint Communication Sites - Term Selection Dialog Box visual error

Below is a screenshot of a client site's term selection dialog box. This is a newly created communication site and it seems to be cut in half. This happens across tenants and only with the modern experience, it seems. Has anyone seen this? Also, it's the same in Edge and Chrome.
