Any clue on disabling Entra B2B Enforcement:
If Entra B2B is enabled, all external users must register as guests and authenticate via their identity provider. This overrides OTP flow and causes password prompts
To revert:
- Go to Microsoft Entra Admin Center
- Check External Identities > Cross-tenant access settings
- Adjust policies to allow OTP-based access for unmanaged accounts
