Question/Bug Report on OneNote Ruler

It seems you may consider using an external measurement tool as a workaround.
I did try that. Sadly I could not find any tool that had this functionality.
This tool would have to scale with the level of zoom in OneNote and theres not really anything that does that...
OneNotes internal ruler could though if it were to be implemented...
