Problem with connector between Exchange online and Mdaemon on-premise

Hi, i have created a connector to send mail from Office 365 to an internal mail server. When i validate the connector it runs but after when i try to send an email from an Office 365 user to a user on the on-premise mail server i have an error from Office 365 which says "550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 530 Authentication required "

    Hi Tony,

     

    Your email system is asking for some authentication, please see the logs on your on-premises to help you what is happening.

      Yes but there is no log on the on-premise mail server. The Exchange online connector is well validated. For me, online user could use this connector to send mail but it seems like it was not used

        Hi Tony,

         

        See the tracking on Office 365 to see if it has used the Connector, in Exchange Admin Center, Mail Flow, and Message Trace.
