Problem resetting MFA because of new phone number
I have a really small O365 subscription. It's just for me so there is no local IT department or anyone else I can go to.
The problem I have is that I enabled MFA on my admin account, that account has no license in O365 and is ment to be only for managing my tenant settings. I recently got a new phone number and no longer have access to that number. Besides that, I also got a new phone so you can guess the problem I have.
I'm no longer able to logon to the admin account because I cannot confirm it through the Microsoft Authenticator app 😞 The alternative options that are listed are all related to the authenticator app or the phone number that I now longer have.
I am able to logon to my user account that has a license.
The question is, what are my options for getting back access to my admin account?
Here you have global contact phone numbers directly to Office 365 support.

- Thijs LecomteBronze ContributorIs there no other administrator account that you can use?
Do you have CSP where you buy your licenses that could provide support?
If the answers to these questions are no, you should contact Microsoft Support and get them to unblock you- Paul-Christiaan DiksCopper Contributor
Thijs Lecomte No, it's just me. I have 1 admin and 1 user account in there...
How should I contact Microsoft? Is there contact information somewhere?
