OWA redirect user to captcha

Hello,    We have over 10K users but there is 1 user that gets redirected to https://outlook.office.com/owa/owahipcontrol.aspx directly after she sees her email(OWA).    The captcha is broken and...

Thank you for your response, i appreciate it. 

 

We have searched everything, we cannot find this user on any list. What i don't understand is why Microsoft hosts a non working captcha page. 

 

broken( captcha text is invisible and with a spinner, see screenshot)

If Microsoft fixes the captcha page than we can click on verifiy and the issue is gone i think. 

 

Anyway, support wants to call me this afternoon, maybe they have a different solution. I will let you know.
