Override Office Apps from Office 365 University to Office 365 Enterprise!!!
Hi! I previously had installed on my computer the office apps (Word,Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) having used my University Account, now I work, and my company just purchased an Office 365 E5 Licens...

If you go to Start > Settings > Email & app accounts - Is your university account still listed there?
You should also be able to Sign Out/Switch Account from within Word.

I already found how to resolve the issue that I was having, I just needed to delete some folders stored in my computer and download again the apps from my company portal.
