Question

hello!&nbsp;I switched from Mail to new Outlook. But one day accidently, switched it back. Now I am unable to open new outlook. Whenever I click the icon, following message appears.&nbsp;please someone help me get my new outlook back.

Hope you are having a great start of your week besides your concern!

Well, it would be best to uninstall the new Outlook then reinstall it by toggling the "Try New Outlook" in the mail app.

I see, try going to startmenu, locate Outlook (Preview) and right click --&gt; settings --&gt; scroll down and click reset.
