Outlook stuck minimized in task bar
Hello, I have a large number of users reporting issues with Outlook staying minimized in task bar. When trying to open outlook it plays a sound as if a dialog box is open yet there is no dialog box open anywhere. This issue will persist for 5-15 minutes before randomly stopping. I have tried disabling different add ins but have had no success permanently stopping this issue. I have tried to replicate by popping out alot of emails and replies since my users usually have large amounts of outlook windows open when this happens but I have not been able to replicate the issue. Any ideas what is causing this and how to possibly go about fixing it? All machines with the issue are running Windows 10 22H2 and use Office 365

This is possible and when Outlook gets disconnected and a Pop-Up in the background asking for password.
Create the below key and check
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity "DisableADALatopWAMOverride"=dword:00000001
