Outlook for Mac - Future calendar items don't show but are there in OWA

I have a Mac user running the latest version of Microsoft 365 on their Macbook. She's a power user and uses her calendar extensively. She uses the new Outlook (Ver 16.70)

Her Outlook calendar is intact but it is empty in the future (February 2024 and beyond). So it only has future calendar entries of the next 10 months, but none after that. However, both OWA and her iPhone have those future calendar entries so we can conclude that the problem is just with her Outlook on the Mac.

I can't find any Outlook settings that pertain to calendar sync.
