The only way to avoid profile reconfiguration would be to use the "native" remote mailbox move functionality. Some third-party tools might also be able to streamline the process, but that's usually the exception.

- dangermouse1977Nov 18, 2023Copper ContributorUnfortunately this only applies if migrating from on-premise exchange to M365, I'm actually migrating from one 365 tenant to another 365 tenant so the procedures noted in this link don't apply sadly.
