Outlook 365 UI doesn't resize properly to match window size

Unless the window is maximized, the right half of the UI for Outlook 365 email is completely cut off. There are no scroll bars -- no way to get to the cut-off content. This means half of my email gets cut off too, rendering emails unreadable in anything but a maximized window. Outlook 365 is such hot trash.
