Outlook 365 Grouping By Conversation When External User IT Changes It
Recently, it seems that the IT group of one of my customers has begun appending "EXTERNAL:" to emails that they receive from an external source. This is interfering with my conversation/thread organization in Outlook 365 as the conversations are no longer the same.
Any suggestions on how I can work around this?
