Outlook 365 Group email quirk
Dear Vasil Michev,
Yes we have. This has been happening over a month.
The issue may be the emails are coming from a (Private) Group, and the emails appear to be automatically sent in conversation (see picture).
So, this is a private Office 365 Group.
Who sends the messages?
Are the messages sent to the group and then distributed to the group members because they subscribe for these updates?
If so, is the concern about the copies of messages sent to group members or the original message sent to the group? From the screen-shot, it looks as if the messages sent to the group are in the right place (the Inbox of the group mailbox). You are noted as "subscribed", so you receive copies of messages sent to the group.

Dear Tony Redmond,
Thank you for replying.
The messages are being sent to the group, and then distributed to group members.
Attached is picture how the emails appear in my personal Outlook (365 Suite) mailbox. Notice in the TO address is just the group's name. I am guessing all members are being sent BCC email.

The address is correct. The message is from the group and is a copy of a conversation posted to the group. It's not like a distribution group where the address of the original poster is in the header. If you reply to the message, the group adds your address to the message header and you'll see it present.

Dear Tony Redmond,
Thank you for the reply, and explanation. Since these emails are originating from a Group, instead of an individual, I am wondering if there is no way to stop (follow-up) emails from being sent as a conversation.
Thanks again for all your help.
