Outlook 365 Group email quirk
Just to clarify, by Outlook 365 do you mean OWA (the web client) or desktop Outlook (part of O365 desktop suite)? God, dont you just love the mess marketing folks create...
Most likely you have created a rule that moves the messages. In OWA, you can check those under Options -> Mail -> Automatic processing -> Inbox and Sweep rules. You can rule out the "conversation" scenario if you simply start a new email thread - it will be another conversation.
Dear Vasil Michev,
Thank you for the quick reply. And to answer the question "do you mean OWA (the web client) or desktop Outlook (part of O365 desktop suite)" - the answer is yes :). ... This issue occurs in both.
I should have stated there are no rules. I also check the registry to see if there is something there. I also used the /cleanrules switch and finally did MAPI. Nothing worked.

Did you test with a new thread/conversation?

Dear Vasil Michev,
Yes we have. This has been happening over a month.
The issue may be the emails are coming from a (Private) Group, and the emails appear to be automatically sent in conversation (see picture).

So, this is a private Office 365 Group.
Who sends the messages?
Are the messages sent to the group and then distributed to the group members because they subscribe for these updates?
If so, is the concern about the copies of messages sent to group members or the original message sent to the group? From the screen-shot, it looks as if the messages sent to the group are in the right place (the Inbox of the group mailbox). You are noted as "subscribed", so you receive copies of messages sent to the group.
