Outlook 2016 Pinned Favorites not saving on exit.

Turbo_Thunder Same problem. Favorites is not expanded after starting Outlook 365. This is recent, within 4 or 5 days. I was forced to reactivate my subscription (MS failed a renewal) and did reinstall the apps on my Surface.
Adding to your list of attempts,
- If I start in safe mode (Outlook /safe) and then expand Favorites, it will be open when Outlook is restarted in safe mode. But restarting normally, reverts to a non-expanded Favorites.
deeland Yes same here it has been recent within the last week. Though her favorites stay expanded any mailboxes moved into the favorites array will leave as soon as she exits Outlook.
